Only the Strongest will Survive

What's up, guys!!!!! So for today I am going to make a special dedication for my elite group back when I was in MRSM Taiping. These group members or I can name as my small family members have improved me a lot. When I was in form four, I've tried to join the student council election and I didn't expect to go until manifesto round. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've lost the election. Starting from that point I felt so sad and refuse to join any student board because I thought that I will remain the same and will not be picked to be in the student leadership board. So I've planned to do well in academic since that is the only way for me to compete with the students in MRSM Taiping. For your information, if you want to enter any inter-MRSM competition you have to be well known among the teachers. Some of them excel in sports, leadership activities, and some of them strive for academic excellence, including me.

Well, that is my turning point in Taiping. Alhamdulillah, I've managed to perform well for my first semester. So after the result came out, 50 students were listed for a meeting with counselors and all of them are those who perform well in their examination. They wanted us to join an elite group that will not just make us excel in academics but in soft skills too. As counselors, they did not want a stigma that thinks that the smart students only excel in academics but cannot do anything else. The elite group's name is Projek Emas Hitam. Emas Hitam is a translation for crude oil in Malay. The purpose of using crude oil as a symbolism for us is because of the multi-purpose of crude oil after refining. They hope that we will not just be a person that excel in academic but a person who is well rounded as well.

We were given 14 tasks to be completed throughout our school year. To be honest, The tasks is not easy and we have to schedule the due date for the task to be completed so that we will complete all the task given. This means that we need we have to arrange our time for study and completing the task and for that reason why we choose the motto 'Only the Strongest will Survive'. Some of the 14 tasks are organizing an oversea trip, publishing an article in a local newspaper, make a public performance and much more exciting tasks to be told. By having these tasks had made me become busier than before. Oh, not to forget, I'm the leader for Projek Emas Hitam, So I've to make sure that all of the tasks were done in a given time. This will make the projects to be completed before October so that we can prepare for SPM.

So this is our first project. We have to conduct a motivational talk collaborated with Tarbiah Sentap

Well, not all of the teachers agree with this project as they thought that the students' academic performance will be affected due to joining this group. We were given special privileges to skip the  extra class in the evening. Due to that reason, Most of the teachers will ignore the privileges and this makes our work to complete the task given become harder. But this does not make us lose hope, we will always find a way to solve any problem arise. The counselors are getting complaints from teachers that stated that some of us had skipped the extra class. The counselors have made a short meeting with us, they sais that we just need to be calm and keep focusing on academics to prove the teacher wrong. This has been a catalyst for us to become the top achiever in our school.

A year and a half with them are not enough and the number of 14 tasks are insufficient for us to become multi-purpose as the refined crude oil. In spite of that, I've learned a lot of things and knowledge that is beneficial for me. For example, during any interview, I will not only bring my academic qualifications, but I will bring my experience when I with Projek Emas Hitam. All the failure we faced and the challenges that arise when we want to solve any problem. And the best thing is, that all of us managed to get an excellent SPM result regardless of how much time was used for Projek Emas Hitam. Our main goal is not trying to finish all of the tasks but the lesson that we can get after completing any tasks. For that reason, that is why Only the Strongest will Survive.

VOTD #12 (Scooby Doo the Animated Series)

 What's up, guys!!!!! How time flies and shout out for the dozen post for the VOTD. Yeahhh.

So, for today's character will be from my favorite cartoon since my childhood Scooby Doo

1. Harmstrung- made ineffective or powerless
All of the restrictions that were created by the government had made the Scooby Doo team absolutely harstrung because they were caught by the tax company for not  paying the income tax.

2. Snub- refuse to acknowledge; reject outright and bluntly
Shaggy was completely qualified for the badminton competition, but the Badminton Association snubbed him to the other lesser qualified candidate because he does not have any family relationship with the chairman.

3. Begrudge- to envy someone for possessing or enjoying something
Due to her disability to move, Daphne begrudge to see the joy of other people around her that can walk and run as fast as they want but it does not make her to lose her hope to walk again normally.

4. Grovel- show submission of fear
Whenever Velma comes to his workplace, Freddie grovels because it makes him reminisce the old tragedies which is he was always been fired by his boss when they are in contact..

5. Cardinal- of primary importance; fundamental
Solving mysteries have been cardinal for the Scooby Doo team members since it is the only thing that they love to do and they have generated a lot of money by solving all the monster mysteries.

What will happen if we keep relying upon technology rather than anything else?

                Technology had been far more advanced than we had thought before. It is made to accompany human, solve human problems and give entertainment to human. Technology has their own advantages and disadvantages. Thus it depends, by the way of people that using it. Does the technology advancement has made children become less creative that they should be today? In my opinion, the technology had reduced the creativity skills of the children based on the following reasons which are they will not be trained in a hard life situation and they will have a lack of outdoor activities to improve their cognitive skill.

 What will happen if we keep relying upon technology rather than anything else?

                Technology will reduce the creativity of children because they will not be used to live in a hard life situation. For instance, during the invasion of Japan on Malaya, all sources of technology were taken by the Japanese army. So, the kids at that time have to figure a way to replace the technology that was taken from them such as making a paper by using a potato and making a tire from rubber sheets. All of this things need creativity to make them. So, in a world which now has a lot of technology, this will not cause the kids to create something new because they never live in a hard life condition.

                In addition, technology will reduce the children creativity because there is a lack of outdoor activities to improve their cognitive skill compared to those in the past condition. Nowadays , children are always handling their smartphones playing some apps that they installed and they just mind their own business. Creativity needs a great of cognitive skill but this will jot done if they are no outdoor activities that occur among them. During the pastime, without the technology such as smartphones, children will go out and play at the park together. At there they will create a new outdoor game that will be played among them and these outdoor activities will make their brain become healthy and will be prepared to become more creative at its should be.

                As a conclusion, technology has made a lot of contributions to humankind but it has to use wisely to prevent the limitations of the children creativity skills. If the technology had inhibit the creativity of the children nowadays, we will see a gloomy future that humans only depended on the technology rather than their own ability. So, based on the reasons which I have stated it is clearly showed that technology has made children less creative than they were in the past.

Computer games: Yay or Nah

                Computers were first introduced to help other people to do work such as typing a letter, prepare a presentation, and make an annual report and nowadays computer has become a lot of things than we can ever imagine. It can become the source of entertainment, source of inspiration and source of communication. One of the source of entertainment that we can get from the computer is playing computer games. Parents are worried to exposed their children to the computer games because for them it is a waste of time and they should not be allowed to play it. In my opinion, I do not agree with the statement and this is because they can build up their cognitive skills and they can learn something new.

                First and foremost, computer games have successfully shown that it can provide children better cognitive skills such as teamwork and strategy thinking style. For instance, The children who played Defence Of The Ancient (DOTA) will help them to develop their cognitive skills. The main reason of the game is to reach the enemy main tower and try to destroy it. Their strategy thinking skill will be tested when they need to find a way to go to the enemy main tower and they need to cooperate with the players in the game to reach their goal. By getting this kind of cognitive skills through playing computer games will not waste their time and it is useful for their future and they should be allowed to play it.

FUN FACT: The International is the annual game competition for DotA. The champion team will receive up to 1 Million USD.

                In addition, the children who played computer games will learn something new just by playing the computer games. This is because they will only focus on their games only. Frankly speaking, they will sit in front of their computer trying to finish their games and this will make them become more focus throughout the game. For example, by playing the game Watchdogs, children can learn how to hacking instead of enjoying their game and this game will never waste their time because they will learn something new and children should be encouraged to play it.

                 In conclusion, computer games have their own advantages and disadvantages. So, as parents, they should allow their children to play computer games but they should have put a limitation on it for their studies and their children life. I completely agree that computer games are not a waste of time and children should be allowed to play it.

An evening with the homeless

Last Sunday, we the MADPP students are organizing a soup kitchen with the homeless in Ipoh. We have collaborated with Dapur Jalanan Ipoh, the group that had started the idea of the soup kitchen in Ipoh. The servings are held twice a month, which will be on the 1st week and the 3rd week every month. So, we have to follow the schedule in order to join the servings. Fortunately, there are no college activities on the expected date that we choose to join them. We also have to make a reservation with Dapur Jalanan Ipoh because they need to minimize the number of volunteers since they believe that too many cooks spoil the broth.

The motto 'Makanan Hak Untuk Semua' is purposely to show that everyone deserves to get their basic needs without leaving anyone behind

It all started when we are going to decide the activity that we should do for our Social Outreach Service. There's a lot of different ideas that were given but they share the same purpose which is to give something to the community. So, I point out an idea which is to make a soup kitchen. Based on my previous experience joining a soup kitchen in Kuala Lumpur, it does not require a lot of money. It  is totally different in Kuala Lumpur compared to Ipoh. In Kuala Lumpur, the servings were held every week and all the volunteers need to gather at the Dapur Jalanan office to do a 'gotong-royong' cooking together before the servings. This will help to strengthen the bond between the volunteers and will ease the cooperation among them during the servings. I've joined Dapur Jalanan Kuala Lumpur because I was assigned by my counselor to join any Non-Government Organization activities individually. So, it is such a great experience for me during that time.

And that is what I thought would be the same in Ipoh, But it is not, they do not have an office in Ipoh and all the things that we wanted to contribute need to be done before the servings. So, we decided to serve two kinds of sandwich which are sardines sandwiches and egg sandwiches. We also planned to serve the homeless with bolognese spaghetti, a cup of cendol and bottles of mineral water. Other than that, we tried for not to give them just foods and beverages. We planned to give something that is beneficial for them to use such as, toiletries, bandage and used clothes. There is a lot of things that  we have to do before the serving day. Starting from the paperwork, the gun chart, and the Person in charge in their respective duties. The one that needs to deal with Dapur Jalanan Ipoh, the one that needs to buy all of the things, the one that needs to organize the transportation, and the one that needs to make the promotion for our Social Outreach Service.

Our major constraint is money, we need to collect sufficient money for the event which will be in the next two weeks. We did not need too much money for the servings because we will give them based on our collections. But based on our calculation of the paperwork, it is estimated that we need approximately RM 2000. This is included our transportation, the promotion banner and the t-shirt for the event. So, it has been a tough work for those who were assigned to make the promotion as they have a limited time to find the money. To ease the promotion to be widespread, we blast our promotion for donation via WhatsApp. To our surprising, we managed to collect approximately RM 3000. Yes, the money did exceed our expectation and to make use the extra money, we buy two sets of  haircutter machine and provide a free hair cutting service to the homeless. We also bought lots of fruits by using the extra money. This will give the homeless adequate vitamin and nutrients. As a result, they will not easily get infected by any diseases.

As we arrived there, we still cannot find any of the homeless people. So, before we set up the serving place, we decided to perform Asar prayer at the mosque next to the serving place. After that, we quickly rush to set up the place as we can see they started to gather and line up to get ready before getting the food. I was assigned to handle the spaghetti section and I have to ensure that they  receive a container of spaghetti with the sauce, fork and spoon, and orange juice. After I have completed my duty, I tried to make a conversation with one of them, I talked with Pakcik Rahman which he is more comfortable to be called as Pak Man. He said that he is not literally homeless and he still lives with his wife. Even though he has a house to live in, he still attends the Dapur Jalanan service to see the young people contribute something to the community. This is because Pak Man and his wife were left by their children without any help. They continue to support their life by using the money from Pak Man's pension. Pak Man felt touched when he sees the Dapur Jalanan crew members as it will reminisce him about his children. When I heard Pak Man's story it makes me feel sad about our future generation. There is a lot of things that can be learned from an evening with the homeless.

Does college life's really sucks?

FUN FACT: Campuses are impressive for a reason which is to be their big selling points

The college is the place where one's continue their study after completing high school before they move into their respective career. so, do the college years are the best time in one's life. For me, the college years are the best time in one's because of these reasons which are meeting new friends, a career transitional for us and the place where we work independently.

In meeting new friends, the college is the best place for us. This is due to the fact that the college is not only for the students in the same states but it is for all the students in the country and we might get friends from another country. This is where we will learn their culture and we will learn some interesting facts about their place. This will make us have diverse knowledge about the world and this might be helpful if we go to our friends' place.

The college also can be the place for us to pursuing our career. This is because we now taking the courses that related to our careers. Thus, we will have the vision of what our career would be. For instance, at the final year of study, the students are needed to do an internship with other companies that soon will be our workplace. This will give them a working experience that is integral to them before applying any job vacancy. Any companies tend to hire the new employee that at least have some working experience.

One's can learn their social skill when they are in college. As compared to the high school, most students are spoon fed which means that they gain knowledge by the teacher easily without finding it. They will soon become really dependent on their teacher and will not work hard to get knowledge. But, this is completely different in college life, the students have to work independently to meet their lecturer to gain extra information in certain subjects. This practice is very important for them before they started to work which require a lot of independent work to do.

In conclusion, there are a lot of advantages that one's can get when they are in college life that somehow will lead to their best time of their life. I totally agree that the college years are the best time in one's life because we can meet new friends, we can prepare for our career and we can learn to work independently.

Movie Review: Now You See Me

What's up,guys!!!!! It's all about magic today. Do you even believe in magic? Not me, because I think that it all can be done by practicing the tricks over and over. But if the tricks were completely impossible to be learned. For example, flying high up to the sky without the help of strings, removing the heart from a living body and removing any parts of the body and try to attach it again. I would consider that as an act of sorcery. To be honest, I'm totally opposing any magic tricks that using the aid from the ghost and spirits just to amaze the people. So, for today I'm going to make a review, for Now You See Me.

FUN FACT: During the scene where Reeves tries to escape from the water tank containing piranhas, she almost drowns herself because she becomes stuck and unable to untangle the chain.

Four Horsemen is consists of a group of street magicians that have different abilities. Atlas as the illusionist, McKinney as the hypnotist and mentalist, Reeves as an escapist, and Wilder as a hand illusionist and talented impressionist of others people voices. They were chosen by The Eye, a magic organization to join the Four Horsemen. Since all of them are famous, they were funded by insurance magnate, Arthur Tressler to perform their first major performance in Las Vegas. For their final trick, they invited one of  the audience as a volunteer to help them. By using their magic tricks, they successfully transport him to the bank vault in Credit Republican in Paris. He has to check whether the Euro bills are not fake. When he confirms the Euro bills, all of the bills were channeled through the vents in the vault and directly transferred to Las Vegas where the performance was held. Sounds weird, isn't it? Well, that was my first impression when I watch that scene. How can the money from Paris go to Las Vegas in a short period of time? FBI Agent, Dylan Rhodes and Interpol Agent, Alma Dray are assigned to investigate the Horsemen. The Horsemen were arrested but they were released as there are no evidence to hold them. Former magician, Thaddeus Bradley helps Dylan and Alma to solve the mystery. Bradley reveals the secret by demonstrating how they transferred the money in Paris and replacing it with flash paper that will leave no evidence behind it.

Dylan, Alma, and Bradley start to follow Horsemen in their every performance. When Alma makes a further research, she finds out that the Four Horsemen is related to The Eye, an organization that connected to the real magic. She also finds out that there is a fifth member of the Horsemen that aid them throughout their journey. Her research has leads FBI to an apartment in New York City where the Horsemen members live. However, they managed to escape from them resulting in a car chase scene. Unfortunately, the car that Jack drove loses control and caused it to flip and catch fire. Dylan is unable to save him but he managed to take a paper that reveals the Horsemen's next crime. So, Alma and Dylan find out that they planned to steal millions of dollar from the Elkhorns safe. FBI finds out that the money inside the safe was being replaced by animal balloons. The Four Horsemen broadcast their final act at 5 Pointz and inviting all the public. The police and the FBI come to the scene and tried to apprehend them but they managed to elude. They jump to the crowd and turned into a shower of money make the authorities hard to detect them between the large crowd of people who are busy collecting the counterfeit money. After the show, Bradley goes to his car and found out that all the money from the Elkhorns safe are in his car. This had caused him been caught by the police. In the jail, Dylan meet Bradley and reveals himself as the fifth member of the Horsemen.

THREE INTERESTING WORDS

1. Benefactor- someone who helps another person, group, etc,., by giving money
The main intention of the Four Horsemen is to act as a benefactor of those who have been deceived by the insurance company since they are the one who are really in need.

2. Elude- to avoid or escape (someone or something) by being quick, skillful, or clever
The Four Horsemen were selected based on their skills to elude from being caught by the authorities for manipulating people minds to get money.

3. Counterfeit- made to look like an exact copy of something in order to trick people
Wilder as the talented impressionist of human voices had to train for about five years in order to counterfeit all the voices for the magic tricks that he will use during his performance.

IF I WERE IN THE MAIN CHARACTER'S POSITION

If I were in the main character's position, I would act the same way as Agent Dylan Rhodes act while handling the Horsemen's case. He managed to undercover as a professional FBI agent without being biased to both sides. Even though he is the mastermind for the Four Horsemen, he did not reveals himself until the final scene where all of them reunited back. When he chooses to become FBI agent, it is an advantage for the Horsemen. This is because they will know what are the plans that they will take to catch the Four Horsemen. If  I was in his place, I will do everything that I can to benefit my importance. But, if he chooses to reveal himself as the FBI agent to the Four Horsemen, they might take things for granted and they will not become as they expected to become which are magnificent magicians. So, I am really admired with the choice been taken by the main character and I would do the same if I were in the main character's position.

Movie Review: Kingsman: The Secret Service

What's up, guys!!!!! Have you ever imagined how the world would be if one day our mind were controlled by our sim card? Pretty scary right. So, I will bring all of you traveling with me throughout the movie entitled Kingsman: The Secret Service. This movie is totally different than the other spy movies. You might be wondering what is Kingsman actually and what are the service that they do? To make things clear, I will make a review of this movie. So, enjoy yourself.

FUN FACT: When the production team discussing to make spy movies, they try to avoid the serious type of movie. So, they decided to make a fun one.  

In 1997, the group of agents from Kingsman are on a mission to catch a terrorist leader in the Middle East. They have failed this mission and caused Agent Lancelot dead. His family was given a medal of appreciation which enable them to ask any help from Kingsman. 17 years later, Eggsy, Agent Lancelot son was caught by the police for being delinquent. So, Eggsy asking the help from Kingsman to bail him at the police station. Agent Galahad who is responsible for Lancelot death comes to pay his promise. Soon after bailing him, Agent Galahad attaches a tracking device on Eggsy's cloth to track his movement and to give any help whenever he is in a trouble. When Eggsy arrives home, he was threatened by his mother's boyfriend. So, by using the tracking device, Galahad warns him to not make any harm towards Eggsy or he will face bad consequences. Galahad also instructs Eggsy to go to a cafe to meet him. As he arrived there, Galahad gives a short briefing about the history of Kingsman and what had caused his father dead. Suddenly, a group of Eggsy's school bullies come to the cafe wanted to bully Eggsy. By using his gadgets, Galahad able to fight with all of the bullies. Before he leaves the cafe, Galahad gives Eggsy his contact number so that he can call him if he interested to join Kingsman.

When Eggsy is interested in joining Kingsman, he was brought to a tailor shop 'Kingsman' by Galahad. They go to the Kingsman base camp by using the underground train beneath the shop. Before someone was chosen to become a Kingsman agent, he needs to go through all of the tests to qualify him as the next Kingsman agent. Eggsy is the Galahad mentee and he needs to make sure that Eggsy passes all of the tests. Unfortunately, Eggsy failed at the last test which required him to shoot his pet that he need to keep throughout his training at the Kingsman basecamp. In the meantime, An evil plan was planned by Dr. Valentine who uses sim cards to control the human population. He thought that the human population has exceeded its limit and had caused a lot of problems. So, to solve these problems, he designed a new sim card that when Valentine broadcast a neurological wave, it will cause sim card users to kill themselves. As a result, it will reduce the human population. Kinsman agents are needed to stop Valentine from broadcasting the neurological wave that will cause the reduction of human population. Eggsy, with the help of new selected Kingsman agent, Roxy are trying to stop Valentine by destroying the satellite system that was used to broadcast the wave. Even though they face a lot of challenges, they finally achieved their goal and managed to prevent Valentine to reduce the human population. As the token of appreciation of Eggsy contributions, he is elected to become the new Kingsman agent.

Eggsy was chosen to be the new Kingsman agent due to his valor defeating all of Valentine's soldier even though he has a lack of experience.

2. Assailant- to attack or criticize (someone or something) in a violent or angry way

Valentine was assailed by the Kingsman agent because of his main intention that providing free sim card is not to help those who are in need but just for the sake to control the human population.

3. Ascertain- to learn or find out (something, such as information or the truth)

The history of Kingsman cannot be ascertained by the public as the information is highly confidential that will cause the secret of the national defense to be spread widely.

 HOW DID THE MATERIAL REFLECTS CURRENT EVENTS

Well, the material that was discussed is to control human population. This is because there is too much human that will lead to poverty. So, the antagonist, Valentine used a brilliant idea by manipulating the human mind. He altered  sim cards and put a tracking device on each sim card. This enables Valentine to transmit neurological wave via the sim card that will cause the user to act violently. As a result, they will kill other people. After watching this movie, I realized that nowadays there are too much telco companies that are promoting their sim card by giving free WiFi connection, free mobile call and free SMS. The users also managed to gain passive income just by using their sim card. All of this incredible promotions have attracted a lot of people. I'm scared that one day the telco company's owner will use the same method as Valentine did to control the human population. Yes, you may say that I'm overreacting. But, who knows? It might be true as shown in the movie, and it reflects the same situation that happens in Malaysia. So, it is up to you whether you want to believe it or not.

Movie Review: Don't Breathe

What's up, guys!!!!! For today post, I'm going to review the most breathtaking movie I've ever watched. I'm the kind of guy who does not like to watch thriller movie compared to the horror movie. This is because I think that the thriller movie is much more relatable to our real life compared to the horror movie. So, my friends tried to embolden me to watch thriller movie by treating me to watch Don't Breathe at the cinema. Well, who does not like free things? Such a rhetoric question isn't it?

FUN FACT: The director does not want to make a movie that is dealing with supernatural as he felt that was too trendy.

Rocky, Alex, and Money are three delinquents friends that make their ends meet by breaking into others people home. They were never caught by the police because they have made two requirements before breaking into others' home. First, they are not supposed to steal money. Second, the goods that they stole must not exceed ten thousand USD. They also got the aid from Alex whose father owns a security company. As a result, they will not have to break the windows and doors just for the sake to enter it. They planned to stop their delinquents as they have collected adequate amount of money to move from Detroit and create a new life. After stealing the goods, they will sell it to their usual buyer. However, the amount of money that they get are still insufficient to achieve their main goal.They gained an information from Alex father's company data that a Veteran Army has approximately three hundred thousand USD being stored inside the house. So, they tried to take a risk by breaking into the house even though it will cause them to be caught by the authority.

As they arrived there, they discover that the army is blind and he seldom goes out from his house. So, after having some discussion they decided to break into the house at night when the old man sleeps. The story starts to shock the viewers when the three of them accidentally wake the fierce dog that guards the house. So, they make the dog sleeps to prevent the old man wake up from noise. When Money arrives at his bedroom, he sprays an ammonia gas to ensure the old man continue to sleep. After that, they searched for the security box that keeps all of the money inside the house. Unfortunately, they accidentally make a noise that wakes up the old man. Since he was an army, he still has the knowledge of self-defence and used it when Money points out a gun to him. This had caused Money badly injured and soon after that, the old man shot him. As the story continues, the suspends rises up as the old man trying to find the remaining teenagers inside his house. This scene really freaking me out because everything is possible to happen. Whether all of them will be killed or they will find out a way to escape from the house. I will not tell the remaining story as it will cause you to lose the suspends. So, I recommend all of you to watch Don't Breathe.

Rocky sends all of his children into army school to instill the disciplinary method in life as it will prevent them to become delinquent just like their cousins.

2. Menace- a show of intention to inflict harm

The residents of Amityville were afraid to the Veteran Army who lives at the end of the neighborhood because he is menace towards the children and caused them traumatized to pass through the old man's house. 

3. Subdue- to get control of (a violent person or dangerous person or group) by using, force, punishment, etc

The policeman was badly injured when he tried to subdue the old man that was pointing his gun to all of his neighbors because no one ever cares his welfare.

DO YOU SYMPATHIZE WITH THE VILLAIN?

In my view, I do sympathize with the villain who is the Veteran Army. First, he is a disabled person who is blind. Why should we treat a person that has disabilities that way? Money, Rocky, and Alex should not take advantage of his disability to break into the house. Yes, I know that they are trying to make their ends meet, but there are proper ways to do so. For example, they can break into houses that have no occupant inside it. Second, he is lonely. The old man also has the purpose of keeping the girl inside his house. After the death of his daughter, he is lonely. So, he kidnapped the girl that had caused his daughter killed. He does not have any intention to keep the girl forever, he just wants the girl to give birth to his child so he will not be alone again. Third, he has to do everything to keep his house safe. He has a maximum security in his house. He also does not easily believe everyone. For example, he does not trust any security company to secure his house. So, it is not his fault to kill any strangers that break into his house. This is because he stores a lot of money inside his house and the girl he kidnapped. But, that does not mean that I completely agree with every single action that he took. This is just my opinion on why I do sympathize towards him.

           Movie is a kind of entertainment that people love to do when they have leisure time. People can choose to watch movies in the cinema, from the DVD or streaming via the internet. But it is advisable for them to watch the movies by using the correct sources-watch the original version instead of pirated version. There is a lot of movies genre which are action, horror, science fiction, comedy and romantic. Movie is a type of visual communication that uses moving pictures and sounds to give a message to the audience. Some people love to watch movies that are serious, designed for them to think and some preferable to watch movies that amuse and entertain. For me, I would watch movies that are entertaining and joyful because it will reduce our stress and it will strengthen our relationship

                Comedy movies are the best example that shows that movies can help to reduce our stress and will make us become happy. This is because, when we laugh while watching comedy movies our hormone system will excrete endorphin-a happy hormone- that will reduce the stress level thus make us become more relaxed after watching the movies. After having a hectic week, watching comedy movies will make us forgot the problem for a while and this will make us become healthier because individuals that have a high level of stress tend to get depression.

                Next, movies that amuse and entertain will strengthen our relationship with the people that watch together with us. For example, if we go to watch the comedy movies with our friends we will laugh together during the comedy scenes and this will make our friends bond become strengthen. This is due to the fact that we had spread the positive aura when we laugh and our surrounding will become positive. Comedy is universal if we did not understand the language used by the actors we will still laugh by only watching their action. For instance, Mr. Bean and Charlie Chaplin are actors that successfully make people laugh even though they did not talk about their movies.

                In conclusion, movies are one of the media used to send information to the audience. Whether it is an essential information or not, movies are still relevant until today and I am preferable to choose the movies that are joyful, entertaining and amusing because it can reduce our stress level and our relationship with people can be strengthened.

Book Review: Things Fall Apart

What's up, guys!!!!! This is my first book review. So, let's give it a shot. My first impression towards the cover of this book is that does we really need to learn other cultures without experiencing it. For me, by experiencing it in front of my eyes is the best thing that we could get. This is because we can see it directly even though we just watching through television. But everything was changed when I started to read this book. There is no need of picture to explain the story line. The good choice of the words used by Chinua Achebe had successfully depicted the situation in Africa.

FUN FACT: The book's title come from opening line of W.B. Yeats' poem, The Second Coming

I read the e-book version and it is divided into two parts. The first part is about the cultural history of the Nigerian village of Umofia. The purpose f it is to give the information to the readers what are the cultures that being practiced in Umofia. The story starts with the tale of Okonkwo. He is the strongest man and the most respectable man in Umofia. His characteristics are completely difference from his father who is afraid of blood and died in a shameful way. Because of he does not want to end up his life like his father, he tries to be the leader of his village, holds a few positions and does a lot of work to sustain his family's life. He has three wives and he was selected to be the guardian of Ikemefuna.
Even though Ikemefuna had served well to the family, Okonkwo never shows his affection towards Ikemefuna because he thinks that by showing any emotion except anger is a total weakness. One day, Okonkwo gets an order to kill Ikemefuna. He does not have any intention to kill him but his ego that does not want to show any sign of  weaknesses forces him to kill Ikemefuna.One day when the villagers of Umofia are having the Euzedu's funeral ceremony, Okonkwo was assigned to control the gun for the salutation. Unfortunately, he accidentally shots Euzedu's son and caused his family and himself sent to exile for about seven years.

The second part of the story consists of Okonkwo's life during the exile and the coming of the British Colonialism and Christian Missionaries to his community. When being sent to exile, he does not have any place to go except Mbanta the place where his mother was once lived. He also heard that white missionaries are starting to build their community at Umofia and not only that, he learns that they are trying to spread a new religion, Christianity to the villagers. By converting more villagers, They try to strengthen their community and build a new government.  As a result, the villagers were forced to follow the new rules that being created by the British Colonial. Things getting more intense to Okonkwo when he finds out that his son, Nwoye has converted to Christian. After finishing the seven years exile in Mbanta, Okonkwo returns to Umofia. He shocks when he sees that the villagers have changed a lot during his absence. When he knew that the religion is opposing his ancestor beliefs, he destroys a local Christian church. This action has caused him to being arrested and being sent to jail. He then was released after paying the bail for about 200 cowries. But, the story has not finished yet. The White people keep insulting their tradition and culture and had caused Okonkwo to advocate war to the white people. When the white people heard this plan they decided to apprehend those who plan to make a war with them. Okonkwo that still hold with his belief which is does not want to die in the hand of the white people had decided to commit suicide.

THREE INTERESTING WORDS

1. Heinous- very bad or evil : deserving of hate or contempt
Unoka was hated by his own his citizens because of his heinous ideas that wanted to increase the amount of income tax that is needed to be paid which will cause more citizens to suffer.

2. Tarnished- to damage or ruin the good quality of ( something, such as a person's reputation, image, etc)
The rumor of Okonkwo bribery case that was widespread throughout Umofia had tarnished Okonkwo credibility to be Umofia's new leader and had forced him to do everything that he can to clear all of the misunderstandings of him.

3. Appeasement- to make (a pain, a problem, etc.) less painful or troubling
During Okonkwo exile, Obierika had sacrificed his time, money and energy coming back and forth from Umofia to Mbanta just only to appease Okonkwo who seems to lose hope after being betrayed by his own villagers.

THE SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS IN THIS MATERIAL

In my opinion, there are two significant aspects of this material which are the way Chinua Achebe arrange his ideas and the way the author delivers it to the readers. The author divides the material into two parts. In the first part, Achebe gives the readers background knowledge about Umofia culture which is alien to them. The culture such as the priority for the host to break the kola nut has the purpose which is to respect the host. Other than that, the tradition to celebrate The Feast of the New Yam which is an occasion to honor the Earth Goddess and the ancestral spirits of the clan. By giving this knowledge to the readers, Achebe tries to explain every purpose of those traditions that seems odd to the others. As a result, they will not undervalue it and will give the sense of respect to any tradition that being practiced across the world.
The decision to use English in this story is the best choice being made by Achebe. This is because, in the second part of the book which depicts the coming of the British Colonials to Umofia, the author tries to show the bad side of any colonials. If he chooses to use the African language the message might be sent only to those who understands it. But, when he uses English which is one of the international languages, almost all of the world citizen will understand it and as a result, it will cause the message to be successfully delivered.

Movie Review: Night at the Museum 3: Secret of the Tomb

What's up, guys!!!!! So for today, I am going to review a movie about history. Wow sounds interesting right, No, I'm not trying to make a rhetoric. But seriously, you have to watch this movie. My friend once asks,"Is it okay if I didn't watch the prequel of the movie." Nah, you can watch it because there are no correlation between these movies. So you can experience three different types of movie. This is my first time watching this kind of movie. Who ever thought to make a movie about talking artifacts in the museum. Well, the production team are such creative people.

FUN FACT: This movie was dedicated to Robin Williams who dead four months before the movie 's release

The movie starts with the history of the golden Egyptian tablet of Akhmenrah which cause all the artifacts in the museum to come alive at night. One day, when American Museum of Natural History is having an opening ceremony for the new Planetarium section, all the artifacts become berserk causing the visitors to run away from the museum. Larry, the security guard asks Akhmenrah (the Pharaoh that owns the tablet) regarding the accident that had happened earlier. He states that the tablet is corroding and only his father knows how to fix it. So, Larry decided to take Akhmenrah to British Museum the place where Akhmenrah's parents being placed. So, Larry planned to go to British Museum with Akhmenrah with the help of Dr. McPhee. They planned to go early in the morning to make sure that other artifacts are not following they.

When they arrived, Larry shocked when he saw other artifacts are inside the lorry that he drove. Since there are no way to turn back to America, Larry asks them to guard Akhmenrah and himself while they are going to find Akhmenrah's parents. Akhmenrah's father tells the secret to retain the power of the tablet which is to leave it under moonlight and if the magic power of the tablet was banished it cannot be used again and as a result all the artifacts cannot com to alive. When the tablet was first brought to British Museum, the artifacts there are feeling something odd as they were revive that night. This includes Sir Lancelot who thought the magic tablet is Holy Grail and makes him to go to Camelot without realizing that he just an artifact. So, Larry had to chase Lancelot before he get further with the tablet and causing it to completely corrode. When the tablet was exposed with enough moonlight, Larry had decided to leave Akhmenrah with the tablet at British Museum and lives with Akhmenrah's parents. By taking this decision this means that there will be no more artifacts will come alive at American Museum of Natural History.

THREE INTERESTING WORDS

1. Berserk- crazy and violent especially because of anger
Atilla the Hun is going berserk, destructing all the things in front of his eyes when he knows that Larry is making fun of his tribe and using his weapon as a toy to play with the museum's visitor.

2. Endowed- to give a large amount of money to a school, hospital, etc., in order to pay for the creation or continuing support of (something)
The American government had agreed to endow all of the museums across The United States of America because they want to preserve the world history so that the younger generations will appreciate it and will not forget the hardship of people to gain independence.

 3. Deluded- to cause (someone) to believe something that is not true
Larry had to delude his son about the appearance of the living artifacts and stated that it is just a dream to secure his job at the museum because the museum has a strict museum policy that inhibit any secret information to be informed in public.

DID THE ENDING MATCH YOUR INITIAL IMPRESSION  OF THE MATERIAL

I have to admit that the ending did not match my initial expression. I expected that the tablet was being kept at American Museum of Natural History. I had also expected that Akhmenrah's parents are following their son to go back to America. But Larry decided to leave everything at British Museum. I feel this way because Larry had spent a lot of time controlling artifacts at American Museum. All the experience and memories will never be the same when he go back to America. Soon, his nights patrolling the museum will be dull.By having the final trilogy of this series, it should be a happy ending where Larry will be assigned to be the director of the American Museum and the Akhmenrah family can live at the same museum. But, that is just my personal opinion after watching three movies of the Night at the Museum series.

Movie Review: High School Musical 2

What's up, guys!!!!! Be prepared to seek awesomeness as today we are going to sing all day night. Well, it might be odd when I say that I like to see this kind of movie which is usually normally related to the girls. But who cares. This is the real me, I like to sing. To be honest, I've never like the musical movie before this, but it is my younger sister who had introduced me to High School Musical and I followed every single movie of it.

FUN FACT: The first broadcast had received 17.2 million viewers and has the record of the most watched basic cable telecast in history

It's summer holiday, so students of West High School have a lot of time to do whatever they want. Some of them are going to find some work to get extra money and some are having fun with their friends. But for Troy, Gabriella, and Wildcats members wanted to do both things. So they decided to find a job at Sharpay's family country club, Lavasprings. Sharpay tried to do everything to make sure all his schoolmates except Troy to make they quit their job there since she can't fire them. One day, Sharpay had made a rule that piss off all of the Wildcats team and had made them to quit their job. So, Troy is having the sense of guilty because all of his friend are quiting their job while he is still there. Finally, Troy decided to disobey Sharpay's order and he reunite with all of his friends.

THREE INTERESTING WORDS

1. Enraged- to make someone very angry
Chad had made Troy to become enraged when he knew that his limited edition Michael Jordan shoes were being spilled by Chad's coffee this morning.

2. Reconcile- to cause people of groups to become friendly again after an argument or disagreement
Troy as a leader of Wildcats need to find a perfect way without make any harm to another party to reconcile all of Wildcats members after they are having fight because of losing a semi final match last weekend.

3. Vie- to compete with others in an attempt to get or win something
Sharpay are willing to give everything that she has to vie with Gabriella to win Troy's heart since both of them are having the same man that they wanted to be as their boyfriend.


ONE ISSUE DISCUSSED IN THIS MOVIE

Envy is all over this movie. Jealousy among siblings and among lovers. When Gabriella was chosen to be the lifeguard, Sharpay was enraged and tried to give her extra job to make Gabriella quit the job. Then, the country club is having a public performance just a week before the Summer ends. So,  the workers have make an early preparation for the ceremony. Troy decided to do a performance with Gabriella while Sharpay and his brother, Ryan are going to perform too. But, Sharpay got jealous when she knew that Gabriella are going to duet with Troy. So she decided to make a song to duet with Troy. When her brother, Ryan knew that he does not mean much to Sharpay, he quit the performance and decided to make the performance with Gabriella. One day while they are practicing, Troy get jealous when he sees Ryan and Gabriella are practicing together the song that he should perform with Gabriella. So, Troy decided to quit from all of the performances.
It is not good to have envy with each other. This is because it can break any relationship. For example, the sibling relationship between Ryan and Sharpay was disrupted because Ryan got envy when he realizes that he is nothing much to Sharpay. Thus, we should avoid any jealousy among us to make sure our relationship to be last long.

Does freedom require eliminating restraints on behavior, or does it require creating or strengthening certain restraints?

          

          FUN FACT: The countries that had gained their indipendence from British Empire are called Commonwealth Nation

          “Freedom consists not in doing what we like, but in having the right to do what we ought” (Paul II 1995). By having that kind of idea of freedom, we can simply conclude that freedom will not only benefit us but the others as well. The question has been raised up ever since whether the authority should eliminate restraints on behavior or strengthen some restraints. I personally believe that it is better to achieve freedom by strengthening certain constraints. I stand with my claim which is why we need to strengthen certain restraints based from the point of view of history, public safety and from the perspective of political science.

          To begin with, I would like to refer to the history of the United States of America so that we can have the background information of the situation that is happening right now. The United States Constitution has been amended for about 27 times ever since been enforced in 1789 (US Constitution Amendment). This clearly shows that The US Constitution has been improved throughout the time to meet the needs of a nation that is different from the eighteenth-century world in which the creators lived. To relate with the topic of our discussion, by creating certain restraints it will create the freedom for the citizens of United States. For example, the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states that “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This amendment allows their citizens to carry a gun which can be considered as a symbol of individual freedom (Connect US n.p). This is due to the fact that they can protect and defend themselves from danger. Nowadays there have been certain movements that are opposing this amendment because it leads to higher risks of violence. In spite of that, I think that they have to keep in their mind that it is their responsibility to use the right wisely because responsibility is the price of freedom (Hubbard 17). So when all the citizens are responsible towards the law, the goal of the government to create freedom will be achieved.

          In continuing the discussion, I believe that people will feel safer in their surroundings when all of us have the sense of responsibility towards the law. In addition, the law was made to prevent people from doing any immoral acts such as killing, burglary, and rape. So by strengthening certain restraints toward behavior we can secure the public safety. This is due to the fact that “The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of law, where there is no law, there is no freedom.”(John 234). John had successfully explained to us that the main purpose of the law is to promote freedom and without it there will be no freedom. For example, if we eliminate all the constraints of behavior to depict the pure freedom, there will be no need of prison to apprehend these criminals. As a result, the public safety will be threatened. Their risk to be attacked by the criminals will increase. As a result, they will be afraid going out from their house to go to work or even to buy their needs. This situation will eventually disrupt the country’s economy and worsen the country’s security. By creating restraints on behavior we can avoid them to do immoral acts or we can control the criminals behind bars and thus will make the public feel safer. Which is the right thing that needs to be done to show the true meaning of freedom.

          Finally, the governments usually manipulate the term freedom through their perspective. They create or strengthening certain constraints just for the sake to retain their power. They believe with the idea from Serj Tankian “Sometimes it is better to have a benign dictator than a dumb democracy”. The leaders misunderstood the actual meaning of freedom by assuming that retaining their power is the right thing they ought to do. For example, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea government has made several laws to control their citizens. Their population is strictly managed by the state and their daily life is subordinated by state and city planning (Worden 272). These constraints have put a barrier for the public to enjoy their life in freedom and they have no right to condemn the law. In fact, for those who have criticized the leadership will be sent to political prison camps without trial and mostly without any chance of being released (Amnesty International 3). To prevent this from happening, most citizens will blindly obey all the rules being made by the government and result in the government’s power to be strengthened throughout time. So, they will use their power to make sure that all of the citizens will believe the doctrine from Serj Tankian. It may seem that the citizens of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have no freedom but they still have a better life compared to those who are imprisoned because of rebelling the law.

          In conclusion, freedom is actually an abstract in which everyone has their own point of view of defining freedom. So one should bear in their mind that freedom consists not in doing what we like, but in having the right to do what we ought. From the point of view of history, we can see the significance of having the responsibility towards the law which will create the public safety. Moreover, from the perspective of political science, we can see that it is important for the government to create some law to retain their power. To sum it up I strongly believe that freedom requires the creating and strengthening certain restraints.

Movie Review: The Man Who Knew Infinity

What's up, guys !!!!! Recently I've watched a movie that I've never thought about it before. Who even knows that there will be a movie about Mathematics. Not me. But this story is not focusing basically on the subject only. It depicts the tale of a man who has a great knowledge in Mathematics but having the struggle to spread his knowledge.

FUN FACT: 22nd December is the National Mathematics Day in India derived from Ramanujan's date of birth

The Man Who Knew Infinity is a true story from a well known Indian mathematician. He is a self-taught student or in an easy word we can conclude that Ramanujan is a gifted student. Ramanujan has a mind breaking mathematic theory that he want to share to the public. So, he needs to publish a book about his founding. But before that, he needs to attend Trinity College, Cambridge to prove his founding to the professor at Cambridge University. He faces a lot of trouble and receives negative perception there. This is because he came from a poor state in India. So, most of the professor undervalue him. He also faces racism from the public and needs to survive in World War 1. In spite of those difficulties Ramanujan with his mentor, Professor G.H. Hardy managed to prove Ramanujan theory and it has been a magnificent discovery in the history of mathematics which is Infinity. Yes, that is where the title come from. The climate in Cambridge which is totally different from India makes him suffers Tuberculosis and caused him to die at an early age.

1. Obtuse- not able to think clearly or to understand what is obvious or too simple

When he was 13 years old, Ramanujan was isolated by all of his friends because he thinks that they are too obtuse when solving simple calculus problem and that makes him become introvert.

2. Integral- very important and necessary

Living in Madras which is one of the poorest states in India had forced Ramanujan to find new job for extra money because of  having a stable economy is integral for anyone to continue their studies

3. Amicable- showing a polite and friendly desire to avoid disagreement and argument
Realizing that he just a student, Ramanujan has to show an amicable attitude towards all of the professors in Cambridge to avoid him from being blacklisted to do any research there.


The material reminded me of Stephen Hawking. Both of them having difficulties before they become well-known in academia. Ramanujan had to move far away from India and leaving all of his family members behind to go to England. He left everything behind to chase his dream and all of his sacrifice that he has done giving him the true meaning of life which can never be learned anywhere else. He successfully achieves everything that he can get from anyone in the same age with him. He has a happy family and a great contribution to the world. I've always wanted to be like him. To do everything before I reached 30 years old but I believe that we should be ourselves and don't let others influenced you.

Movie Review: Inside Out

What's up, guys !!!!! Hope that all of you are in a fine condition. So for today movie review, it will be the movie that I 've waited for a long time. A movie that is playing with the emotions. Inside Out is an animation movie from Pixar which depicts the story of a girl, Riley who have mixing emotions as she grew older. The story starts with the appearances of  Riley's emotions :Fear, Anger, Joy, Disgust and Sadness. They work together in a special room which is called Headquarters inside her mind to control all of her feelings. She has five happy core memories that build up her personalities and everything was changed when her family decided to move to San Francisco.

Fun Fact: The producer collaborated with the professor of Psychology at UC Berkeley, Datcher Keltner to revise the story from the point of  view of a psychologist

 Things become worse when Sadness accidentally touch the happy memories which will turn the memories into sad memories. So, to prevent things become worse Joy had to isolate Sadness from their workplace. Unfortunately, they cannot stop Sadness from coming near the core memories place and guess what happen? Yes, Sadness touched the core memories and made it fall from its original place and eventually caused the core memories to be sucked out of the Headquarters to the long term memory storage area. 

To make things become normal again Joy and Sadness need to bring back the core memories to the Headquarters.At the storage area they met Bing Bong, Riley's imaginary friend which will help them to find their way to bring back the core memories to the Headquarters. A lot of challenges faced by three of them in their journey to the Headquarters. 

THREE INTERESTING WORDS 

1. Despondent- very sad and without hope

Mr. and Mrs. Andersen had never seen Riley so despondent since they move to San Francisco because it had made Riley to leave all of her friends and her hobby in Minessota and this made them felt guilty towards the behavior development of their daughter.

2. Ambivalent- simultaneous and contradictory attitudes or feelings toward an object, person, or action.

Riley is in the state of ambivalence when she chooses to run away from San Francisco to go back to Minessota because she does not sure whether the action she takes will bring her to a positive side or a negative side.

3. Apathetic- not having or showing much emotion or interest

Jill Andersen felt annoyed when she talks to her husband because he will become apathetic towards everything except sports which is the topic that is rarely being talk over in family discussion.

One lesson I learned from the material is we need to accept others weaknesses and strengthness. This is because we are complement with each other. For example, when Joy tried to isolate Sadness from the workplace, it shows that Joy cannot accept Sadness personality. So, when both of them are needed to bring back the core memories to the Headquarters, Joy finally realises that Sadness is important too in developing Riley's character. Previously, Joy thought that happy is the only feeling that will help to build up Riley's character and Joy should not be selfish by preventing Sadness to work with other emotion to control Riley's action.

VOTD #11 (Popeye the Sailor Man)

What's up, guys !!!!! Yeah, it's been a while since I updated this blog. So, for today post, I am going to share with all of you five new words I have learned with Mr. Popeye

1. Derisive- abusing vocally expressing contempt or ridicule

Popeye was suprised with Olive's derisive tone because usually she is sweet, soft spoken and a patient person and this make Popeye wonder his previous actions that had made her to become like that.

2. Complacent- contented to a fault with oneself or one's action

After the boxing team won their ten consecutive win in the World Boxing tour, they become complacent and did not make it to the playoffs the next year.

3. Embellish- make more attractive by adding ornament colour, make more beautiful

Olive would make a simple pipe for tobacco, and Popeye would embellish it with the carving around the pipe based on their customers' customization.

4.Demean- to insult, to cause someone to lose dignity or respect

At first, Bluto's was a friendly person but, suddenly he became demeaning, calling his friend came from a poor family , he was isolated  by all of his classmates.

5.Exasperate- to irritate intensely

As a child, Poopeye exasperated his uncle with strings of never ending questions that made his uncle to become ignorant towards him.

1. Stupendous- extremely impressive  

Due to Jenny's stupendous magic trick performance, she was invited by King George to go to his birthday party as a special guest and one of the performers.

2. Improbable- not likely to be true or to happen

Brad was isolated by his villagers because of his improbable idea that wanted to make a new robot which can be operated just like a normal human.

3. Predicament- a difficult, unpleasant or embarrassing situation

Tuck is in the state of a predicament when he knew the man that he quarreled last week is his new Geography replacement teacher which is one of his favorite subjects.

4. Impertinent- not showing proper respect, rude

Tucker Foley is unsatisfied with the negligible profit margin that he received after he used all the time promoting others to buy a healthcare product.

4. Integral- necessary to make a whole complete; essential or fundamental
Casper High School students are compulsory to take critical thinking skill as the Vice Principal Lancer realized that soft skills are integral to the students nowadays.

5. Devise- plan or invent (a complex procedure, system, or mechanism) by careful thought
Due to the failure rehabilitation program that does not decrease the number of the drug addict, the anti-drug addiction board had to devise a training program to reduce the number of the drug addict.

VOTD #8 (Avatar The Last Airbender)

What's up guys!!!!! For today edition of VOTD our cast will be from Avatar The Last Air bender. A cartoon series from Nickelodeon which is one of my most favorite cartoon series. Enjoy guys

1. Distaste- not liking something; the feeling that something is unpleasant or offends you 

Due to the cold war that happened between Air Nation and Fire Nation, Aang is in the state of distaste when he see posters from Fire Nation that insults his family.

2. Disband- to stop existing as a group; to separate

Katara's guitar group was disband by the Emperor because the club had broke the law which is playing musical instruments until make their neighborhood distaste.

3. Discerning- able to recognize the quality of something

Even though Toph is blind, she has a clean soul that make her discerning to prevent her from being cheated when she go buys things from the market.

4. Delve- to search inside something

Sokka is delving inside the Aang's bag to get the scroll that will led him the way to become a successful water bender in a short period of time.

5. Dogmatic- being certain that your beliefs are right and that others should accept them, without considering other opinions

Zuko who is a dogmatic person was being expelled from the school debate team because he always triggered a fight with his teammates after the debate session.
